Russian Export Week: Business Negotiations Day/ REW/ Event/ Negotiations: designation/ name of a multi-component event where goods, services and (or) information related to and associated with the export of Russian products and services are displayed and distributed, which takes place in Krasnodar, Russian Federation, at the Expograd Yug exhibition and congress complex. Negotiations REW is a specialized, multi-industrial and international event

Organizer/ Operator: South Exhibition Company, LLC (Yuzhnaya Vystavochnaya Kompanya, UVK) organizes and manages the exhibition and accompanying events within the framework of REW. UVK can be used to shorten the meaning of "Organizer"

Staff/ Personnel/ Organizer's Representative: Employees and contractors of the South Exhibition Company

Producer/ Supplier/ Exporter: Negotiating Party which is a producer/supplier of finished agricultural products, active or potential exporter of products from the Russian Federation

Buyer: Negotiating Party that is an agent/ authorized representative of a buyer/ retailer/ distributor at decision-making level, interested in sourcing Russian products and services from suppliers and producers for onward import into destination countries. A legal entity that is not a resident of the Russian Federation.

Hosted Buyer: A buyer who has been accredited under the Hosted Buyer Program

Foreign Buyer/ International Visitor: Visitor whose legal address, provided to the Organizer of the Events, does not belong to the territory of the Russian Federation

Media Representative: Journalist / Correspondent / Blogger accredited by the Organizer for professional purposes

Booth / Stand: Space and elements of structures, which the Organizer of the Negotiations provides to Producers for demonstration of goods and (or) services at the onsite event

Presentation: Advertising event, which includes a demonstration (presentation) of Producers, goods and (or) services

Business Program / Educational Event: Trainings, consultations, seminars, and/or other accompanying events held for Producers in order to establish communications between the exporters and enhance their professional competencies

Digital REW / Online REW: An event hosted by the Organizer in which participants attend virtually/online through digital technology

Website: information and documents located on the Internet on www.russianexportweek.ru

MatchMaking: Application/digital platform for scheduling meetings between negotiating parties, communication with each other and with the Organizer of the Event

Hosted Buyer Program: Loyalty program for professional buyers, under which the Organizer covers part of the expenses for the stay of invited buyers in order to participate in the Business Negotiations Day

Application for participation / Registration / Application for accreditation: A completed electronic form, sent through the event website, expressing the intention of the producer or buyer to participate in the Event

Applicable Laws/ Existing Legislation: All applicable laws, statutes, regulations in effect and applicable in the Russian Federation

COVID-19 / Coronavirus infection: potentially severe acute respiratory infection caused by SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus (2019-nCoV); or any mutation or variation of SARS-CoV-2

South Exhibition Company LLC makes no guarantees as to the potential benefit or relevance of Russian Export Week for Negotiating Parties and involved parties.

All content and information about the event is provided on an "as is" basis. The Organizer makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of any information and content provided to participants at the REW Event, whether from other participants or otherwise

1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including, where so limited, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

2. In accordance with Clause 1, South Exhibition Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the participants during their attendance or as a result of their participation in the Organizer's events:

• loss of profit, goodwill, business, loss of agreements or corruption to data;

• any indirect, consequential or special losses, however arising;

• any remote losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen by the parties;

• any proportion of any loss that was caused or contributed to by any person other than the Organizer;

• any proportion of any loss that could reasonably have been mitigated but was not mitigated; or any combination of the above

3. South Exhibition Company LLC is not responsible for any losses incurred by participants as a result of loss, damage or theft of personal property while attending the event and as a result of using the event venue

4. Notwithstanding all precautions taken by the Organizer, venue staff and/or any other third parties at the onsite Event, the Organizer shall have no liability, and the Participants and Visitors participating in the Event waive any claim for any matter relating to public health issues in general and COVID-19 in particular if any of the Participants or Visitors contract COVID-19 in the venue while attending the onsite Event. Attendance at the Organizer's onsite event is solely at Participants' own risk

5. The organizer shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of any visitors or Negotiating Parties at the Russian Export Week 2023 event. The Organizer shall not be responsible in any way for any contracts or agreements made by the Participants with each other during or following the event

6. Any opinions or viewpoints of any speaker, guest, participant or visitor may not coincide with the opinions or viewpoints of the Organizer, and the Organizer does not endorse (unless it expressly states otherwise) any statement, viewpoint or opinion of any participant, or guest.

1. The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with the adopted privacy policy, which can be found here (Privacy Policy).

2. All guests and participants are issued an accreditation badge or ticket during the onsite attendance, the scanning of which transmits the personal information provided when registering or completing the registration application. The Organizer may require this information to be scanned and processed for administration and security purposes

3. During an onsite event, Negotiating Parties may be asked to scan a badge or ticket. Scanning for communication purposes is left to the discretion of the participants, guests and visitors themselves. The Organizer has no control over the use of personal data obtained by scanning a badge or admission ticket, and Negotiating Parties will collect such personal data in accordance with their privacy terms. Should you wish to review such terms and conditions, you should contact the Participants directly. The Organizer has no control over the Participant's Data Privacy Policy

4. The Organizer does not collect personal data by means of CCTV or webcams at the onsite event, but this may be done by the owner of the venue and/or Negotiating Parties. If you have any questions in this regard, you should check with these third parties

1. South Exhibition Company, LLC, is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the content it provides or displays at onsite events. The Negotiating Parties are the owners or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the content they provide or display at REW event. Such works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world and all such rights are reserved

2. Participants acknowledge the intellectual property rights set forth in paragraph 1 above, and agree that, unless the Organizer or the applicable Visitor expressly grants permission for other Participants to use such intellectual property rights, Participants undertake not to infringe such intellectual property rights

3. All Participants hereby confirm that they are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights to any content that they submit or display at the Organizer's events

4. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Participants agree to indemnify South Exhibition Company LLC for any losses that the Organizer may incur as a result of non-compliance with the above paragraphs (1-3)

1. These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation

2. If any provision or part-provision of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, they shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of Terms and Conditions

3. A waiver of any right or remedy under these Terms or by law is only effective if given in writing and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent right or remedy and a failure or delay by a party to exercise any right or remedy provided under this agreement or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict any further exercise of that or any other right or remedy
